About Toot
The miniature, lop-eared, snot, elephant
Who is Toot
Toot is my fursona! She is a character who represents the real life person behind the screen.
What is she like
Toot is a very sensitive creature! She's shy yet mischievous, and constantly finding herself in trouble. Clumsy by nature, Toot relies heavily on her friends to help her in day-to-day life!
Why is she so sad?
Toot is the embodiment of my emotions. Sadness tends to be my strongest emotion, so I project that onto my fursona. Toot can be happy, excited, alert ... but she is inclined to the sadder things in life.
Attributes
She has the texture of runny slime and tastes like boogers.
Toot is a slime monster. She can take on any form, animal or otherwise, with elephant being her favorite. She is approximately 91cm tall and weighs about 20lbs at her neutral state. Due to the nature of her goo, she can inflate and shrink at will.Toot has no mouth and cannot speak. She will use her body language as well as furiously blowing bubbles to communicate with others. She tends to get frustrated when not understood, it's helpful to keep a Toot translator nearby!Although shy, she is also very playful at times. One of her favorite activities is enticing others to consume her. Once eaten Toot takes over the body of her new host yet leaves their mind in tact. The experience is over when her host becomes too ill to keep Toot down. They will vomit her up and regain control over their body once more.
Origins
Toot's Most recent reference sheet!
The very first reference sheet of Toot made in 2018.
Toot is inspired by my experience with illness and depression. My favorite animal is an elephant, so making a sickly elephant character seemed natural.
Her shape pulls a lot of inspiration from vintage elephant toys. Her body shapes are made up of a lot of circles and tear drops.
Fun Notes
Her name is actually spelled "Pfft" and pronounced as "Toot."She is slightly transparent and objects can be seen inside of her body.
